ImpactAssets conducts a review of each grant recommendation and has sole discretion on all grantmaking decisions. We verify grant eligibility by ensuring that recipients meet all regulatory requirements to be eligible to receive distributions from a donor advised fund.
We may deny grant recommendations to ineligible grant recipients or ineligible grant purposes as outlined on page 8 in the Program Circular, or as otherwise deemed ineligible by ImpactAssets.
